Veal Francese | Lemon Caper Butter

This Veal dish is one of Alevia's Kitchen's go-to meals since it can be made ahead and popped in the oven when ready. We served it with Gnocchi in Pesto Sauce, Fresh Spinach and Mixed Peppers


When you serve the Veal, try to use a plate or a bowl with a deep well, as there will be a pool of sauce. This is the best way to serve it, so with every bite, you get sauce and capers
