Tom Yum Soup

It's a nice change for a lighter meal with a kick. Tom Yum Soup. As usual, we changed the recipe a little for our style and taste, and you should too; some like it hot, others don't. We already had a vegetable basic stock, mushrooms and chicken, adding a few other things to it to taste


To give it heat, chilli pepper was added and some lemon grass for more flavour. To spruce it up and add more depth of flavour to the stock we added some extra sushi soya sauce (less salt), fish sauce and citrus sauce
