How to Make the Perfect Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken at Home

Looking for something different? This was a very simple and easy dinner
We sliced the chicken breasts into cutlets, making them perfect for frying and cooking quickly. The sauce we made was rich in flavour, made with Sun-Dried Julienned Tomatoes, Heavy Cream, Diced Shallots, Dry White Wine, Mushrooms, Fresh Chopped Parsley, Kosher Salt, and Black Pepper. To complement the sun-dried tomato chicken, we served roasted Baby Bok Choy, a new favourite vegetable, and double-baked Parmesan Polenta. If you don't have these exact vegetables or starches, you can always substitute them with whatever you have in your fridge or freezer.
