Roasted Eye of Round | Swiss Chard | Carro | Roasted Potatoes

Used the Kamado Joe again for this nice-looking Eye of Round Roast, a quick sear on the BBQ, then slow-cooked for an hour. Ontario Potatoes were cooked on the BBQ with some herbs and olive oil


The fresh Swiss Chard was just sauteéd in butter and seasoned with salt & pepper. Carrots had butter, brown sugar, salt & pepper and were roasted on the BBQ in foil
