Red Pepper | Braised Beef Ravioli | Side Salad

This dish comprises a few things we had in our fridge/freezer, one being the Roasted Red Pepper Sauce from the Veal Roulades we made over a week ago. The sauce comprises sautéed Pancetta Lardons cooked to crispy bits, mushrooms, asparagus and sliced shallots. The Roasted Red Pepper Sauce was added with some heavy cream to finish it
Ravioli was cooked up, and a little sauce was added to the bottom of the bowl; Braised Beef Ravioli was added, then more sauce and finished with Fresh Grated Asiago Cheese. Serve with a side salad of your choice to cut the richness of the pasta dish
Note: if using Pancetta, don't add additional salt before tasting; likewise for Asiago!
