Pork Tenderloin Tarragon Galliano Sauce
Galliano is not just for drinking; it is also great for cooking, and the flavour will not be forgotten.
When we were having dinner one night, the old-school 80s just came out. This would be a flashback to dinners that were prepared in many restaurants over the years. The flavours rushed back memories for us when we tasted the pork tenderloin.
It's nothing fancy for dinner, but it's very easy to prepare if you have a bottle of Galliano kicking around and want to start using it up. We'll have more recipes to come as we have a gallon jug of Galliano to use up.
