Ontario Milk Fed Veal Chop w/ Cranberry Glaze

We can't rave about this Veal Chop enough; it was one of the better pieces of veal we have had in a long time. The flavour is spot on, with tenderness, bar none. We only seasoned it with salt, pepper, Fresh Thyme and some garlic powder


The sauce combined some leftover cranberry relish made by Alevia, Orange Marmalade, and house-made demi glaze. The asparagus was sliced on a bias and sautéed with mushrooms and some pork belly fat (kind of healthy, really)


The stuffed gnocchi is boiled and then sautéed with butter and fresh parsley.


What more to say other than we will definitely be doing this veal chop again
