Korean Sauce for Slow-Cooked Pulled Pork

As summer comes to a close, outdoor cooking remains a staple at Alevia's Kitchen. Our Kamado Joe Grill continues to work hard. We seasoned a small pork butt with Asian Spice Rub and then slow-roasted it for 4 hours at 300°F.

In addition, we prepared Korean Sauce, pickled onions, cucumbers, crispy rice, peppers, pork lardons from the fat, and bibb lettuce to wrap everything together with the Korean BBQ Pork. Finally, we paired the meal with a nice cold bottle of bubbly, and we were all set for the evening.
