Must-Try Korean BBQ Pork

With summer approaching, outdoor cooking has become more prevalent. In this season, the Kamado Joe Grill works hard. A small pork butt was seasoned with brown sugar, white sugar, salt, and apple cider vinegar, then slow-roasted for 4 hours at 300°F.

We also prepared pickled onions, cucumbers, crispy rice, peppers, pork lardons from the fat, and bibb lettuce to wrap everything together with the Korean BBQ Pork. Finally, we paired the meal with a nice cold bottle of bubbly, and we were all set for the evening.
