Homemade Dexter Beef & Chicken Lasagna

This was a nice change since we hadn't had homemade lasagna. The meat filling was made with Dexter Beef from Maple Ridge Farm & ground chicken from the grocer. Lots of onions, garlic, Italian spices, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese & goat cheese with a layer of fresh basil from the garden topped with a homemade béachamel sauce. The fresh pasta sheets were from Pasta Shelf in Kingston; ask at the counter for some; Marco, the owner, was great

When we made this, we didn't do one pan; we made 3 pans and froze 2 for later on in the fall for a quick dinner
