Grilled Bison Ribeye & Garlic Gnocchi
Bison Ribeye grilled at 3ish Acres on the deck overlooking the St Lawrence River. The Sear was at 700 °F 3 mins per side. While the rest of the meal was being prepared, it was left to rest in the kitchen.
Sautéed Gnocchi with bacon fat and grilled asparagus to finish off the meal. Thank you, spring weather; finally eating back on the patio!
