Greek Style New Zealand Lamb Chops

Frenched Rack of New Zealand Lamb, lightly seasoned with Garlic Powder, Fresh Oregano, Kosher Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper. We let the BBQ do its thing, the flames gave the fat a nice char but not burnt, then the heat was turned down to let the rack finish in the BBQ on the upper rack


The lamb was served with Howe Island Potato Pancake, Roasted Peaches & Cream Corn and some Fresh Mint. Serve it with Fresh squeezed lemon juice or mint sauce, whatever your taste buds prefer
