Chicken Shawarma Salad

Chicken thighs marinated for several hours in various Indian spices, grilled and slow-cooked. The salad was composed of fresh greens, garden grape tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, yellow peppers, and red peppers, complemented with toasted Chic Peas and Alevia’s White Dressing


It is something light for the summer but very satisfying
