"How to Elevate Your Brunch Game with Our Unique Eggs Benedict Twist"

If you're in the mood for something different for breakfast, why not try this twist on Eggs Benedict? Alevia's Kitchen prepared some savoury waffles

When you're ready to make breakfast, start by making your sauce. If you don't have time to make homemade Hollandaise sauce, a quick and easy substitute is to use a packet mix, but don't be afraid to jazz it up a little! Add more lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, a touch of cayenne pepper, and Dijon mustard to enhance the flavour

.

Once the sauce is made, keep it warm using a double boiler. Next, prepare the water for the eggs and add vinegar (white or apple cider). Place the waffles in the toaster and while it's warming up, start poaching your eggs. Once the waffle is toasted, place it on a plate, add some Specked Prosciutto, top it with the poached eggs, and finally add the Hollandaise sauce.

To garnish, we recommend using green onions and smoked paprika, but feel free to use whatever you prefer!

Note:

  • warm plates in the oven since poached eggs don’t hold their heat very long

Cheers from 3ish Acres!
