Sunday brunch gets better every time. This fried German Apple Cake was an excellent base for this Eggs Benedict. Lightly fried in butter, browned on both sides and kept warm in the oven until the eggs were ready
The yellow tomatoes were lightly dusted with cornstarch to get a nice crisp on them, seasoned with salt & pepper, and fried in a little oil and butter.
