Chili Lime Salmon | Bok Choy

Fresh Atlantic Salmon, skin on, seasoned with Chili Lime Seasoning. We went kind of heavy on the spice as we like it hot🔥. The salmon was cooked on a flat top grill, skin side up first until it received a nice crisp, then flipped to finish


The wild rice was cooked, to the directions on the package, and the Baby Bok Choy was seasoned with olive oil, Piri Piri spice, salt and pepper


We finished with fresh avocado, and Cilantro leaves from the herb garden
