Chicken Prosciutto Terrine

A quick & easy Chicken Terrine to make. Prep was under 30 mins, and baking was only 1.5 hours, and as usual, there were changes to the recipe. Different ingredients were added, but that is normal at Alevia's Kitchen; when you are on an island, you make do with what you have in the moment. The layers of Roasted Red Pepper and Fresh Spinach give this Terrine a colourful, Italian flag, look on the plate


Serve as a breakfast accompaniment, appetizer or a snack in the afternoon with a nice glass of Chablis, or whatever you prefer, and your favourite bread
