Blackened Atlantic Salmon | Grilled Caesar Salad | Fresh Baked Rosemary Bread
The Fresh Atlantic Salmon was dusted with our house-made Blackened Seasoning, Pan seared and basted with butter, then finished on the grill. While the salmon was finishing off the Romaine was seasoned & oiled , then grilled on both sides to give it some charr. Romaine was dressed with an oil & vinegar based Caesar Dressing, made earlier, and some fresh grated Parmesan Cheese
Served with Fresh Baked Rosemary Bread and Mango Salsa, a light summer meal full of flavours!
