Beef Carpaccio | House-made Focaccia Bread

This tender and perfectly seasoned Beef Carpaccio was served with finely diced red onion, capers, and shaved parmesan cheese, drizzled with Persian Lime Olive Oil, accompanied by some homemade Foccacia bread. This piece of Black Angus was purchased at La Cultura Salumi in Belleville.


This is the place to go if you are looking for some great Italian meats, made on-site. Frank the owner, was great. He showed us around, and let us sample different items & of course, we brought most of them. Frank treated us with great hospitality the moment we walked through the doors & we complimented him on it, as that is something we don't see every day. We will definitely be going back soon
