Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf | Roasted Brussel Sprouts | Stuffed Gnocchi
Some comfort food, that we haven't had for a long while. The meatloaf was made with Sugar Hill Farm Tamworth pork and Maple Ridge Farm Dexter beef. Instead of your normal store bought ketchup we had Alevia's homemade tomato/banana ketchup inside the mix & on top
The bacon was an added touch to the meatloaf and it kept the meat very moist. The stuffed Potato Gnocchi was a nice light starch with the sautéed Brussel sprouts. Nothing like some good home cooking for all levels of aspiring home cooks out there
