Bacon Wrapped Bison Tenderloin |Colossal Shrimp | Parmesan Polenta
If you have never tried a Bison Tenderloin, we highly recommend you do.
The Bison Tenderloin was Wrapped in Bacon and seasoned with salt and pepper. You can use other spices, but we recommend trying just with the salt and pepper and letting the flavours come through
Our sides consisted of Parmesan Polenta, Roasted Vegetables and a Butterflied Colossal Shrimp with Nigella's Butter on top. If you don't have Flavoured butter in your fridge, which we always have made up, use some Garlic butter
