Asian Atlantic Salmon, Smashed Potatoes, Fresh Garden Spinach & Grilled Ontario Asparagus
Asian pan-seared Atlantic Salmon, basted with butter while cooking. The potatoes were par-boiled and smashed, then seasoned and roasted. The spinach, from our Local CSA, was sautéed in butter, the Ontario Asparagus seasoned with Olive Oil, Kosher Salt & Cracked Black Pepper and grilled alongside the salmon
